Reading has always brought me pure joy. I read to encounter new worlds and new ways of looking at the world. I read to enlarge my horizons, to gain wisdom, to experience beauty, to understand myself better, and for the pure wonderment of it all. I have just finished reading The Girl with the Dragon Tatto and The Girl who Played with Fire. Both by Stieg Larsson.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed both.
You should check it out when you have time. :)
What a great quote Brenna, thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHi, just wanted to let you know I've added your entry to the literary blog directory: http://tinylibrary.blogspot.com/p/literary-blog-directory.html
ReplyDeleteHope you find some great blogs through it and also get some new readers. There's a button on my blog for you to use.
And I've not read any of your favourite literary books yet. From doing the directory I've realised how much there is out there that I want to read!
